Tibetan Sunset poured from me after seeing the 2003 movie The Last Samurai with Tom Cruise. I have no choice when I paint, the painting creates itself without thought, it just flows. The colors are soft, melting together (like sherbet) creating an absorbing and harmonious blending of spirit. Tibetan Sunset has been with me for some time and recently I've felt it is time to let go. It is captivating with the right lighting and meditative.
