"Blooming Trumpets"

Paint poured through me with every color I had before having to restock my supplies. I never know what is going to appear and this piece was painted horizontally. I was compelled to create Asian characters, that later upon completion, appeared to be flowers or rather Blooming Trumpets saturated in colors that jump off the canvas. Or, as one admirer said "They reach out and grab you." Blooming Trumpets is a focal point and will change with day and evening light. The colors are rich playing a melody to inspire the soul. Painted April 2020.
